Making a booking is really easy. Simply choose your snagging package depending on your house size and choose the date that is available for you. A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking with the remaining balance due after the inspection. 

We will receive your snagging inspection booking request through our system and will approve the booking within 24 hours. Once approved you will receive confirmation via email along with a booking form to fill out. This is also really easy and can be done from your phone in a matter of minutes. 

The day prior to your snagging inspection we will contact you to arrange access into your property. Our inspectors will arrive at the agreed time to conduct the snagging inspection. Once we have completed the inspection we will then leave the property to write up your snagging inspection report. We will deliver your report no later than 48 hours after your inspection. Usually we will deliver the report within 24 hours.

After the snagging inspection is completed you will receive an email with an invoice to pay the remaining balance. Once this has been paid your report will be issued to you via email.

Don’t worry, this happens all the time. If your completion date changes then we simply reschedule to a new date that suits both parties. We do not charge for date changes.

This is completely up to you, we usually get fully booked two weeks in advance. If you book early and your date changes then we have a slot allocated to you and can be flexible with fitting you in.
